The Role

As the Director of Demand Planning, you will lead and enhance our demand planning and inventory fulfillment processes across our North American operations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to execute key planning strategies, ensuring alignment with our supply chain objectives and delivering critical support to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP):

Drive the demand planning and forecasting processes to optimize inventory planning and product supply capacity.

Lead monthly S&OP reviews and strategic decision-making across the region.

Manage and analyze demand fluctuations, collaborating closely with our product supply teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE)

Oversee monthly S&OE activities, monitoring short-term demand changes and operational adjustments.

Ensure alignment between supply and demand on an operational level, proactively addressing any imbalances.

Inventory And Fulfillment Planning

Manage finished goods inventory to meet trade, patient assistance program, and sample product needs.

Lead supply preparation for new product launches and optimize sample product operations.

Process Improvement And Compliance

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes, implementing enhancements to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal reporting requirements, maintaining transparency and integrity in all operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of progressive business experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.

Previous leadership experience in supply chain or operations management.

Strong strategic planning skills with a proven track record of driving business outcomes.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externally.
