We are seeking a Director of Facilities & Development in Phoenix, Arizona!

Lead the design, build out, and maintenance of company locations, including franchise sites.

Must have strategic planning, oversee construction projects, and manage a dedicated team to ensure operational excellence and growth.

Director Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, construction, and maintenance of new and existing company locations, including franchise sites.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize development opportunities and improve workflow.
• Manage and mentor a team, including Construction Project Managers, Development Coordinators, and Facilities Managers.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Drive successful ERP implementation and change management initiatives.
• Cultivate strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize operational and facility services.
  
  

Director Requirements

• MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE
• 5–10 years of experience in facilities and construction management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong strategic planning, project management, and team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively to support company growth initiatives.
