As a Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you are a critical partner to your global business leaders, acting as an advisor, strategic partner, offering full HR business support. You will partner closely with your assigned global division leaders and their employees on all things related to workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, career mobility, employee relations, and compliance. You will work to ensure that LM sustains a diverse workforce in a discrimination/harassment-free environment by maintaining compliance with global employment laws and government regulations. With your strong influential abilities and passion to create positive change, you will strengthen the partnership with the HR function by offering expertise and adaptability to the business needs.

Here's a Closer Look At This Key Role

As an experienced People Business Partner, this role requires a strategic and proactive approach to ensure the successful implementation and execution of HR initiatives aligned with the Employee Success team and business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational objectives and enhance employee experience

  • Be the liaison between your business leaders and employees in the function to the global ES team
  • Act as the “go-to” for all levels of leadership and execute strong and clear communications within the divisions you support
  • Manage talent lifecycle with leaders - including talent discussions and calibrations, annual reviews
  • Coach leaders on career conversations, internal mobility, career pathways
  • Be a partner for leaders on addressing employee relations - difficult conversations, performance issues, and team dynamic concerns
  • Lead HR employee investigations related to your business function
  • Partner with management to execute onboarding and termination lifecycles
  • Identify areas for organizational improvement and development based on needs of the business
  • Contribute to people manager strategy and development - facilitate group discussions, identify opportunities and solutions
  • Using data and analytics, identify trends, flag risks, and recommend actions
  • Remain up to date on global employment laws and regulations - updating internal document and communication accordingly

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ years global HRBP experience (including 4+ years supporting Sr. Director+)
  • 3+ years L&D experience (program design, career pathways, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Workday and Performance Management tools
  • Comprehensive knowledge of global HR principles, and related laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability in dealing with sensitive personnel matters on a global scale
  • Operate as a trusted advisor by using professional credibility and strong relationships with senior leaders to influence key priorities
  • Exceptional presentation and verbal communication skills - ability to tell a story based on data, robust slide design skills
  • Strong facilitation skills - facilitate discussions across groups of various leadership levels, functions, and size
  • Strong business acumen, proactive strategic partnership, operational rigor, and speed of execution
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and remain agile in an ever-changing environmentAttention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple high impact priorities
  • Analytical skills with ability to identify systems strengths and weaknesses, and drive for continuous improvement
  • Ability to foster relationships and partnerships at all levels within the global organization
  • Experience collaborating successfully with a global hybrid population

LogicMonitor is dedicated to fostering a culture of transparency and fairness, including our commitment to pay transparency. We provide the base salary ranges for all positions posted within the United States.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, your package will also include, but is not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, generous parental leave policies, access to our Employee Assistance Program and various Wellness programs, a 401K with company matching, a learning and development stipend, and an unlimited vacation policy.
