DIRECTOR - IBHS
Summary
The Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Clinical Director will provide supervision to all IBHS Clinical Supervisors who oversee individual, group and school services. The IBHS Clinical Director will also provide overall daily clinical and administrative management of the program, which includes oversight of workforce member recruitment, hiring, and training; ensuring program service expectations meet children and families served needs; and ensure high quality services are provided to children and families
Education/Experience
An IBHS Clinical Director must have a Master's Degree and Licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (please see below):
The Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Clinical Director will provide supervision to all IBHS Clinical Supervisors who oversee individual, group and school services. The IBHS Clinical Director will also provide overall daily clinical and administrative management of the program, which includes oversight of workforce member recruitment, hiring, and training; ensuring program service expectations meet children and families served needs; and ensure high quality services are provided to children and families
Education/Experience
An IBHS Clinical Director must have a Master's Degree and Licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (please see below):
- Master’s degree from an accredited college, university or foreign equivalent in one of the following disciplines: psychology, social work, counseling, education, human services, public administration, business administration or related field and a minimum of one year, full-time postgraduate experience of direct behavioral health services to children and youth.
- A minimum of one year full-time post-graduate experience in the provision of direct service to children, youth or young adults and
- Licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as one of the following: psychiatrist, psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker ; certified registered nurse practitioner and have a mental health certification; social worker with a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum; physician practicing psychiatry, psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, certified registered nurse practitioner with a mental health certification or clinical social worker; behavior specialist and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum; social worker and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum; professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of IBHS and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum
