Job Summary
Provides strategic direction and leadership on the development, validation, implementation, education and training of all patient experience initiatives that satisfy and whenever possible exceed patient needs, experiences, and expectations. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
Master's Degree: Preferred
Seven years' technical experience: Preferred
Five years' leadership experience: Preferred
Essential Functions
Oversight of patient experience program, development, validation, implementation, training and special projects on a system-wide level. Leads the programs in quality assessment and improvement initiatives. Develops and articulates strategies and works with the organization and management team to build support for and improve the patient experience.
Partners with clinical, administrative, and operations leadership to recommend and implement strategies and initiatives that continually promote improvements that impact patient/member experience.
Measures, monitors and assesses the outcomes of initiatives and facilitates service training for new hire and current staff. Designs, implements and evaluates programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of all team members.
Ensures compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
