My client is a growing CRO with new growth plans in the US market for 2024. The ideal candidate will direct the business development activities of the organization and drive the sales business for the US market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategy and operations for marketing and customer relations activities
  • Follow up on Conference leads to generate new Business
  • Manage sales functions of the business
  • Provide feedback to company leadership on sales related topics
  • Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • CRO experience, strongly preferred
  • Experience in Vendor BD a must
  • Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
