About The Role

We’re looking for a Swiss army knife operator who can jump in on multiple projects to help us reach our next phase of growth. You will own various ad hoc projects and support the executive team on strategic, high-impact efforts. We are seeking a diverse range of skill sets: creating clear, actionable project plans and memos, analyzing data sets, and tackling various ad hoc projects.

How You'll Contribute

• Work closely with CEO, CFO, VP Ops, VP Brand & Marketing, and other leadership on cross-functional initiatives
• Data analysis/Dashboarding/Reporting
• Strategic thinking based on data
• Customer discovery and A/B testing
• New business/product development and opportunity modeling
• Itinerant project and program management
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• 2 years of experience in project management, consulting or banking
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information and data to inform decision-making
• Data mindset
• Hard-working and high-intensity
