As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will lead the charge in identifying priorities, goals, and objectives and implementing the Client Continuous Improvement System. Your role will involve collaborating with regional CI leadership, driving improvement projects, and developing CI capability within the site.
Responsibilities
Alignment and Implementation:
Identify and align CI priorities, goals, and objectives.
Collaborate with regional CI leadership to implement the Client Continuous Improvement System.
Work with site and regional CI leadership to identify and improve key areas.
Establish CI roadmaps, KPIs, project goals, and assess results.
Provide feedback on improvement opportunities to Site and CI Leadership.
Driving CI Culture
Drive CI culture throughout the organization.
Organize and facilitate CI events.
Ensure accountability for CI at all levels in the organization.
Conduct site evaluations of CI Standards proficiency.
Delivering Business Results
Identify and eliminate process waste.
Monitor progress of improvement projects.
Develop business performance scorecards.
Deliver cost/performance improvement and ROI metrics.
Developing CI Capability
Manage the (Lend Forward) program.
Train, coach, and mentor CI development resources.
Provide CI training to site personnel.
Leverage CI skills to assist with organizational initiatives.
Continuous Improvement Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a Continuous Improvement related discipline.
5-10 years of experience leading manufacturing or business organizations in CI deployment.
Experience in Lean and Six Sigma systems.
Green Belt required, Black Belt preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to engage, influence, and build relationships.
Track record of successful continuous improvement efforts.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Business-oriented mindset with a strong focus on performance improvement.
