Provide oversight for the completion of site acquisition checklists, risk assessments, etc and report to Company executive team in support of acquisition efforts
Direct third-party preconstruction and design personnel in conjunction with development managers
Review the overall project budget and provide guidance on cost and schedule assumptions for accurate underwriting
Review project close-out and turnover documentation generation and ensure compliance with lender, tenant, and prospective purchaser requirements
Coordinate all appropriate post-construction mobilization matters including utility services, platting, easements, etc
Provide oversight for permits and close-out documents
Assist in the acquisition and disposition process primarily in due diligence matters
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
7 years+ of development real estate experience (marina experience is a must)
