Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CTO to craft and implement the technical vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s overall objectives and product roadmap.
Provide leadership and strategic direction to the engineering team, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Manage the development and delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality technology solutions that fulfil the needs of our users and stakeholders.
Develop and refine engineering processes and methodologies to boost efficiency, quality, and speed to market.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and success in project delivery.
Proactively identify and address technical risks to maintain the stability, security, and scalability of our technology infrastructure.
Qualifications
8+ years of engineering experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
3+ years in the HealthTech industry is essential.
Proficiency in GoLang is required.
Demonstrated success in scaling engineering teams and delivering complex technology solutions.
Experience in early-stage start-ups is highly desirable.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and architecture.
Familiarity with modern technology stacks, cloud services, and agile methodologies.
