Responsibilities:
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of 8-10 talented smart contract engineers with expertise in blockchain technology and Layer 2 solutions.
Technical Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical direction to the engineering team, fostering innovation and ensuring the highest quality code and architecture.
Collaboration: Work closely with other cross-functional teams to define project goals, develop roadmaps, and ensure successful product delivery.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic vision of our Ethereum Layer 2 project, helping to shape the future of blockchain technology.
Blockchain Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of blockchain, particularly Layer 2, to guide and inform development efforts.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a technical leader in the blockchain space, with a strong preference for those experienced in Layer 2 technology.
A track record of successfully building and managing high-performing engineering teams.
In-depth knowledge of Ethereum and smart contract development.
Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and security best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
