Your Role

As the Associate Director of Enrollment Operations and Communications, you will enhance recruitment efforts by collaborating with various teams. Leveraging advanced CRM systems and web tools, you will streamline procedures and boost marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing e-communication workflows to support recruitment teams
• Analyzing metrics for optimizing event-based communications
• Managing registration for recruitment events and creating communication plans for prospective students
• Implementing SMS broadcasts to engage potential enrollees
  
  

Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with:

• A Bachelor's degree (required) and a Master's degree (preferred)
• Direct admissions or recruitment experience
• Knowledge of CRM systems in higher education
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
