This position provides executive-level leadership, management, guidance, and direction for the operational support functions including: capital outlay projects, contract development, facilities, supply chain, fixed asset, fleet, and risk and security management. This senior leadership position is responsible and accountable for program management, workforce management, and financial management, with considerable emphasis on facilities management/maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications
Extensive experience leading multiple operational support programs for a large organization.
Demonstrated experience in leading change, driving results, and leading people.
Proven knowledge of building maintenance/construction and capital outlay project management.
Experience in fiscal budget management, resource development and maintenance, and program planning and service delivery.
Knowledge of fleet and asset management, safety and security of facilities and people.
Proven ability to establish, implement and sustain service delivery standards that meet critical business needs and align with the delivery business model.
Comprehensive experience and knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, etc.).
Knowledge and experience of dashboard data analysis, tracking and reporting.

Extensive experience in Public Administration
Extensive experience and knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles and processes.
Extensive experience in managing construction/capital outlay projects, fleet and other assets, and facilities maintenance.
Extensive Project Management experience
Professional certifications in PMP are helpful.
