Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field; OR equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years' experience in senior-level organizational operations leadership, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- At least three years' experience in managing IT departments and facilities.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively to achieve organizational goals.
- Non-profit finance or accounting experience is desirable.
- Experience working with and supervising individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Lived experience with a disability is preferred.
Some local travel may be required for official business purposes. A valid driver's license and car insurance are necessary.
Working Conditions
- Office environment with prolonged computer usage.
- Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects weighing up to 10 lbs.
- Ability to work remotely with internet access if required.
