What will you do as the Director of Growth Marketing?

HOMAGE is looking for a dynamic Director of Growth Marketing to join our team. This role will be responsible for getting the HOMAGE brand in front of new customers through performance channels, developing a quantitative understanding of these customers, and maximizing their lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer strategy & analytics, strong qualitative skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing.

  • Customer acquisition
  • Retention marketing to maximize customer LTV
  • Marketing measurement
  • Team leadership

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Customer acquisition

  • Set goals for customer acquisition at an a cost that aligns with broader business objectives
  • Optimize existing channels, including through media buying and creative experimentation
  • Lead new channel investigation, experimentation, launch, scaling, and potential for go-forward channel strategy

Retention marketing

  • Create customer profiles and segments that we can target via retention marketing strategies
  • Establish LTV metrics and dashboards to measure performance and help identify opportunities
  • Develop novel qualitative and qualitative customer research to inform strategy across the marketing team
  • Execute and oversee tactical lifecycle marketing initiatives, including automated email/SMS flows, loyalty, referral, and subscription

Marketing measurement

  • Own the framework and tools that the HOMAGE marketing team uses to measure performance across all channels
  • Build and manage dashboards which report on performance across the department

Team leadership

  • Oversee and manage all team members focused on growth and retention marketing
  • Oversee and manage all vendors, contractors, and agencies supporting growth and retention marketing

Other related duties as assigned.

What are we looking for in a Director of Growth Marketing?

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in B2C growth marketing for Retail or Direct-to-Consumer businesses
  • Expertise in executing paid media strategies, with a track record of delivering measurable results with $7-figure budgets
  • Expertise in customer retention marketing, with experience mapping out personalized customer journeys from the ground up
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in marketing analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with e-commerce and marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics)
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to hold teams accountable and meet deadlines
  • Thoughtful and self-reflective, willing to learn
  • Team-player, hard-working, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Willing to roll up sleeves and build - not just an oversight role
  • Excitement for startups and building from the ground up
