Description

The Director of Logistics at OFFOR Health is responsible for overseeing the logistics department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services and support to dental offices. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and collaboration with clinical operations to optimize logistics processes and support patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the logistics department, overseeing operations, purchasing, procurement, and coordination.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance healthcare delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations and other department heads to align logistics support with clinical needs.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Oversee the procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and medications, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
• Implement and monitor logistics systems, policies, and procedures for scalability and efficiency.
• Analyze and report on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
• Ensure team readiness and support for emergency medical services, in line with the paramedic team's requirements.
  
  

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of improving logistics processes and implementing strategic initiatives.
