  • Support ideation and formulation of more effective customer journey measurement approaches for campaign performance and MMM.
  • Analyze media performance data, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and other key metrics, to assess performance across various media products, advertisers, and publisher/placement types.
  • Ability to develop Audience architectures as part of Audience planning approaches

  • Support Media team with campaign performance reporting, looking for creative ways to analyze and communicate insights.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and determine root causes of anomalies in business trends.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, reporting accuracy, and analytical capabilities.

Who You Are:

  • You are strongly determined to achieve your career goals through hard work, initiative, and resourcefulness.
  • You are a life-long learner seeking ongoing improvement with a growth mindset and going outside of your comfort zone.
  • You are able to focus on solving the most important problem to achieve the greatest impact.
  • You are willing to take the armor off, put aside any pretenses, and check your ego at the door - to build trust with others on the team.
  • You take pride in achieving objectives and delivering results; individually and collectively as a team.
  • You want to understand yourself and have conscious knowledge of your character, feelings, motives, and desires.
  • You crave feedback and external input so you can use it to improve performance.
  • You want to have an “unfair advantage” and collaborate with your team in-office at least 3 days a week.

What You Bring:

  • Proven data analysis skills with a minimum of 8 years of experience within an analytics function, ideally with 6 years of experience in media agencies or high-growth adtech companies.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to guide and influence Clients and senior leadership.
  • Advanced Excel / G-suite skills, including expertise in database analytics (e.g., SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong knowledge of digital campaign measurement, via pixel and\or clean room-based solutions. This includes knowledge of the changing landscape of data fields that are in compliance with the current privacy landscape.
  • Experience with the overlap between campaign measurement & how advanced audiences are onboarded (e.g., OpenAP, LiveRamp, Experian) is preferred.
