Working Title Director of Operations for Men's and Women's Tennis

Description Of Work
Responsible for developing, recommending, communicating, and implementing all operational aspects of the Men’s & Women’s Tennis programs. This includes but is not limited to: team travel, managing recruiting schedules, organizing team events and end-of year celebrations, practice and training logistics, athlete support, purchasing equipment, budgeting, completing required forms and paperwork, and serving as a liaison to a number of departments within Nebraska Athletics. Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree plus one year work and/or playing experience in a tennis environment. Extensive computer knowledge. Written and verbal communication skills needed. Must have a valid driver’s license and meet University driver eligibility requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Division 1 work and/or playing experience in tennis preferred. Ideal candidates will be proficient with Teamworks and other communication applications.
Posted Salary $44,000/yr. minimum
