Role Overview: Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Operations will be responsible for optimizing and scaling operational processes to support growth trajectory. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational background who can streamline current processes, implement best practices, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational leadership within the digital marketing or similar industry, driving performance improvements and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with our growth objectives and business goals.
Streamline and optimize existing operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to ensure high performance and engagement.
Collaborate with department heads to enhance cross-functional communication and coordination.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, and planning processes to support financial health and sustainability.
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and support growth initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously evolve and innovate our operational strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the digital marketing or related industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading operational teams and driving process improvements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Experience in scaling teams and operations in a rapidly growing environment is highly desirable.
