Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Product Management - Patient Affordability to join our innovative team at Paysign, Inc. This full-time, hybrid role demands a strategic leader adept at managing a comprehensive suite of software products designed to enhance patient affordability and assistance programs for the pharmaceutical sector. Located in Las Vegas, NV, with options for remote work, this position requires a balanced approach to in-office and remote engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management: Direct and mentor a team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Implementation Managers, focusing on delivering software solutions that facilitate patient affordability programs.
Strategic Vision and Execution: Craft and communicate the strategic vision for a portfolio of products tailored to patient affordability, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives and market needs.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring products meet market demands and company standards.
Collaborative Development: Foster a collaborative environment across functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and support, to ensure seamless development and delivery of products.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain active engagement with customers, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders to gather valuable feedback and identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
Agile Practices: Champion agile methodologies within the product management team, promoting best practices and efficient development processes.
Market Insight and Trends: Stay informed about trends in patient affordability programs, FinTech, and payment processing to inform strategic decisions and product innovation.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in a senior product management role, ideally within the patient affordability sector, with extensive experience launching and managing software products, particularly those related to patient affordability in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, inspire, and drive teams toward success.
Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, adept at multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
Communication Skills: Superior communication abilities, capable of effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare/patient affordability challenges.
Technical Proficiency: Familiar with agile development methodologies and comprehensive product lifecycle management.
