Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy with a strong focus on technology and innovation
• Lead cross-functional tech teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, with a focus on leveraging the latest technologies
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality tech products by collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify tech trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation
• Utilize insights to inform the product roadmap and strategic tech decisions
• Work closely with senior leadership, key stakeholders, and customers to gather technical requirements, define product features, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize tech product performance
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team with a focus on technology
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or advanced degree, preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a technology leadership role within the hospitality or tech industry
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing innovative tech products that achieve market success
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
