About the Role:
As the Director of Product Management, you will lead a dynamic team of product managers dedicated to ingesting and transforming customer data and turning it into actionable insights. This role is pivotal in shaping the product vision, strategy, and execution that will drive our company's success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive strategic growth.
What You’ll Achieve:
- Leadership and Mentorship: Build, mentor, and lead a world-class team of Product Managers and cross-functional teammates across the globe.
- Product Vision and Strategy: Establish the product vision, strategy, metrics, and goals for your product areas.
- Product Roadmaps: Define and deliver compelling product roadmaps based on customer needs and strategic opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Build alignment across product teams and cross-functional leaders through clear communication and strategic influence.
- Partnerships: Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to execute on a winning plan.
- Cohesive Customer Experience: Connect the dots across experiences and teams to create a cohesive experience that solves customer problems.
- Best Practices Implementation: Implement best-in-class product development and management practices.
- Effective Communication: Communicate concisely and influence outcomes effectively.
About You:
- Experience: 10+ years of product management experience managing software products from inception through launch and iteration.
- Leadership: 5+ years of experience building, mentoring, and leading a world-class team of Product Managers and Product Leads at various levels to deliver business results.
- Track Record: Proven track record of product leadership and end-to-end ownership.
- Growth Environments: Experience in high growth environments, particularly in SaaS.
- Product Maturity: Proven success in leading product areas at different levels of maturity (e.g., 0 to 1, pre product-market-fit, hypergrowth, scale).
- Data and Business Savvy: Strong penchant for data, business acumen, and a learning mindset.
- B2B SaaS Expertise: Experience in building and growing B2B SaaS products serving Enterprise customers.
