Exciting opportunity! We seek a Director or aspiring director-level candidate to join our organization. You will put your deep experience in either Consumer Products or Consumer Services to work in our growing organization! We are a services company with an extensive brick-and-mortar presence.

The Director of Services Strategy is a driven, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, proven analytical ability, strong interpersonal skills, and leadership traits. In this role, the Director of Services Strategy is responsible for helping the business define, plan, and implement solutions to expand the company’s market share in the U.S. and Canada. This role reports directly to the Chief Brand Officer.

This position will be responsible for the success of sales within a specific service segment. Results will be measured on overall total sales and YoY growth, the ability to drive new customer acquisition and existing customer cross-modality utilization, drive series sales, and increase the composition of services relative to the overall service mix.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for a Services P&L.
• Assess pricing and promotional strategy.
• Propose innovative solutions to drive growth.
• Analyze market trends and assess competitor activity.
• Oversee the responsibilities of the Services Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Technology departments, and Senior Management to execute effective business strategies.
• Work with Creative Director and Digital Product Manager on branded and promotional campaigns to drive performance.
• Work with third-party agencies to build customer funnel and improve lead generation and campaign management.
• Partner with franchisees and other leaders to drive sales and profit.

This is a direct hire role - you can live anywhere in the USA and work EST. 100% Remote Work - travel up to 25%

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5-10 years experience in consumer product management/strategy or equivalent industry experience, with a specific focus on product or channel management
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Bachelor’s degree
