Director of Property Management - Office/Industrial

Our Client is one of the largest privately held owners of industrial and office properties in the Carolinas.

They are actively looking for a Director of Property Management with strong operations experience to lead a 16+ person team of property management and engineering. This position is located in Charlotte but will also oversee Raleigh.

This individuals primary responsibility will be to provide day-to-day leadership and management of their current team and help drive operational efficiencies throughout the portfolio. The individual will also oversee their own portfolio as this is a true "player/coach" position.
