We are seeking a Hospitality Director of Real Estate. Someone with prior experience in the QSR/Fast-Casual segment with experience in leasing and site approval is ideal.
Hospitality Director Of Real Estate Benefits/Compensation
Annual bonus up to 15% of base salary and monthly profit sharing

Hospitality Director Of Real Estate Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate management, focusing on retail or restaurant site acquisition
Experience managing real estate activities across multiple states and brands
Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret market data and financial models
Hospitality Director Of Real Estate Responsibilities
Develop and execute real estate strategies supporting expansion goals
Identify, assess, and secure prime restaurant locations through market analysis and financial forecasting
Negotiate lease agreements and purchase contracts with stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless site development and openings
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
Build and manage relationships with real estate professionals
