Our client, the largest and leading national provider in residential interior design solution technologies, has recently been acquired by a global PE firm and has retained our firm to find them a Director of Sales to add to their rapidly expanding team in the Northern California area.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and stakeholders
Manage and develop the existing sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with new customers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
7+ years of experience in B2B sales
Professional-level verbal and written communication skills
High level organizational and time management skills
SAP Experience preferred
