Salary:  ($60k-$125)

Performance Bonuses and Relocation Assistance

Available for qualified candidates. Salary (negotiable) plus hourly Rate 

on lessons and clinics.


General Functions:


·       Manage all aspects of the tennis facility involving tennis activities.

·       Integrate, evolve and design all aspect of Jr & Adult Pathways

·       Manage internal and external communication in all Tennis Department areas.

·       Work in the professional development of The TAOU and coaching staff to deliver world class customer services on and off court.

·       Lead as a tennis ambassador for The TAOU

·       Design and oversee the creation of all Tennis Department literature, lessons plans, evaluation and survey of for member programs and activities.

·       Oversee record keeping of all programming in conjunction with Accounting Department, to include payroll, attendances, program and activities fees structures, Club Automation verifications, credits and payment schedules.




 

 

Position Requirements:

 

 

·       College Degree (BS, BA or other)

·       Minimum of five (5) years management experience, including, but not limited to Director Of Tennis, Director of Player Development, Asst Director of major program.

·       Coaching, former collegiate playing experience REQ’D

·       Business Management Skill REQ’D

·       Create Strategic Partnerships for The TAOU

·       Provide Budgets and Budget Management

·       Work in concert with Ownership Group, General Manager, Tennis Member Services, Accounting Department, etc.

·       Special Projects as required

·       Create new membership initiatives to enhance club membership, including, but not limited to club and club program expansion, programs offered to community, membership base and outreach in efforts to grow or expand club model.

·       Hire and train staff of teaching professionals

·       Assist with all aspect of marketing when necessary

·       Maintain acceptable profit levels through the overall tennis operation.

·       Create a positive community image

·       The TAOU member retention

·       Maintain consistent world class communication through coaching staff

·       Membership integration into The TAOU Pathways, programs and services. 

·       Write and submit newsletter upon request

·       Conduct semi-annual coach performance reviews

·       Enforce dress codes and codes of conduct amongst staff and members
