What You’ll Do
The Director of Project Management is responsible for the coordination, trafficking and successful completion of projects for the Marketing Department. The Director of Project Management oversees all aspects of projects' lifecycles including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, interfacing cross-functionally, monitoring and summarizing progress and routing final products to the projects owners. Candidates for this position should have a proven track record of developing systems that enhance productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, resolving problems, completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change.

What You’ll Do

Position Responsibilities
- Oversee project workflow between product marketing, content, creative, and digital marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of multi-channel campaigns
- Support marketing teams by offering consultations on production attributes and timelines
- Take strategic plans and develop tactical planning materials, schedules and processes for implementation across teams
- Oversee Project Management software adoption and usage department-wide
- Develop, distribute, and maintain campaign-specific and annual calendars that align across channels and departments
- Forecast time and resources required to complete projects.
- Identify, track, and report key metrics related to specific tasks and overall workflow efficiency
- Identify process gaps, optimize existing processes or creating new ones.
- 5-10 years of progressive multichannel project management experience recommended.
- Undergraduate degree from four-year College or University preferred, preferred major in Communications, Marketing or related field.
- Experience in working in Click-up & Page Proof
- PMP Certificate
- Experience working in the tradeshow industry, especially the gift, home and apparel categories.
- Excellent interpersonal skills—the individual builds relationships with team members at all levels; has the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional, courteous manner.
