Director Supply Chain - C&I

The Director Supply Chain is an integral operation partner providing leadership on standard processes to improve customer fulfillment, total cost of working capital, ERP technology and operating costs. This role is responsible for driving business solutions and practices utilizing GENERAC’s Operating Model to develop a demand driven Supply Chain approach. The Director Supply Chain will organize and implement strategic initiatives and standardized approaches in Demand Management, Tactical Purchasing, Materials Management, Distribution/Logistics and ERP technologies.

Success in this role is defined by driving significant step function changes in global Supply Chain processes with demonstrated savings. This will be measured by ongoing improvements in fill rate, working capital and material margins (total cost of ownership). Reports directly to VP Operations and provides indirect leadership to Supply Chain Managers.
