Manage LUSA’s Audience data process and delivery. With Liveramp as their identity and audience partner, they need someone to manage the data delivery process. This role will partner very closely with our existing BCL Audience Operations, working upstream of the building/syndication process that they manage, to oversee and ensure data delivery and management.

Compensation Range
$125,000—$165,000 USD

Requirements & Skillset
- Deep industry knowledge of marketing and/or advertising technology and data
- Audience data expertise, with full understanding of how the processing and delivery works – ETL/data processing, translation of audiences across ecosystems, audience identifiers and identity, key technologies and players in the industry (Liveramp, Neustar, UID, clean room partners, etc)
- Solution development: analytic skills, and critical thinking in clarifying strategic & operational issues, with problem-solving skills to drive issues to resolution
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Project manage and confirm audience file deliveries across parties (partners / IT teams)
- Monitor audience counts and match stats
- Manage, track, and escalate open issues between partners/IT
- Manage SNOW (Service Now) ticketing process and communication for troubleshooting
- Manage SNOW (Service Now) ticketing process for any enhancements (products/segmentation)
- Manage taxonomy for add/delete requests for new segmentation
