Dispensary General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Dispensary General Manager for our client's new cannabis dispensary located in New Brunswick, NJ. As the GM, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retail store's operations and ensuring the continued success and growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a team of 8-9 employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Utilizing cannabis or corporate GM experience to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
• Analyzing POS data to identify trends, optimize inventory management, and enhance sales performance.
• Communicating effectively with staff to foster a positive work environment and ensure team cohesion.
• Understanding the role of a GM and maintaining professionalism while managing staff effectively.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, compliance, and customer experience.
• Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Upholding compliance with all state and local regulations governing cannabis retail operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a General Manager in the cannabis industry or a corporate environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Knowledge of cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
• Bonus Incentive: Equity Benefits/Profit Sharing
