Location: East Permian (Forsan, Snyder & Albany)

Expectations Expected to develop procedures and comply with safety regulations. Self-motivated, organized and effective communicator. Needs no supervision. Ensures proper use of safety equipment: work boots, hearing protection, gloves, safety glasses, hardhat, 4-gas monitor, and fire-retardant apparel. Participates in strategic planning with the leadership team. Directs the work of others.
Essential Duties – Other Duties As Assigned
Equipment Issued – Laptop, company vehicle
Supervisory Duties – Contributes to developing the company culture and retaining high performers. Plans staffing levels. Works with HR and Managers to recruit, interview and select top talent. Delegates appropriately. Develops team through coaching, mentoring, goal setting, providing feedback, appraising performance, holding individuals accountable and issuing corrective action when appropriate.
Qualifications
Education/Experience: High school graduate or GED and 5 years operational experience required. Knowledge of chemicals, chemical pump trouble shooting and maintenance, and FMCSA/DOT driving regulations highly preferred.
Certifications/Licenses: Fork-lift certification preferred. CDL required.
Driving Requirements: Follow all FMCSA and DOT regulations, where applicable.
Physical Requirements – Lift, push, pull and carry up to 55 pounds chest high. Tip and move 55-gallon drums, weighing up to 600 pounds with the use of equipment and/or vehicles. Must be able to reach, push, pull, and grasp with arms and hands. Will require daily standing, crouching and/or kneeling, sitting, walking, driving and transitioning in/out of vehicles. Must be able to talk, hear and feel attributes of objects or temperatures by touching with the skin. Required to have the visual acuity to safely and legally operate motor vehicles, close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment – Indoors and outdoors, with some exposure to environmental conditions such as extreme winter weather, precipitation and wind. Includes potential exposure to harmful chemicals, dust, odors, fumes, oil and gases. Noise level is typically moderate, occasionally loud.
Financial Skills – Understands the financial implications of business decisions.
Communication Skills – Effective verbal and written communication skills as well as providing excellent customer service.
Language Skills: Ability to read, interpret and understand documents such as safety rules, safety data sheets (SDS’s), operating instructions and procedure manual. English language fluency in reading, writing and speaking.
Computer Skills – Efficiently navigate a web browser, mobile applications, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Word, SharePoint, etc), electronic timesheets and programs such as OneNote.
Work Ethic – Be trustworthy, dependable, respectful, and truthful with a commitment to safety and excellent customer service. Follow policies and procedures and take responsibility for your own actions.

- Work closely with HSE to develop safe work practices for operational activities.
- Ensure standardized DOT regulation adherence to reduce DOT violation rating.
- Manage the fleet, delivery, treater, and acid maintenance programs for the Region
- Work with Division President to ensure companywide best work practices
- Work with Division President and District Operations Planner to provide oversight and management of the inventory, dead and aged stock
- Collaborate with all functional groups to achieve maximum business benefits in operations
- Develop and support business strategies toward profitable use of fleet and operations equipment
- Manage Process improvements and route rationalizations
- Oversees East Permian in West Texas
- May assist with acidizing business development
