Position Purpose and Objectives
The primary purpose for the Customer Care Assistants is to assist the Inventory Supervisor with various responsibilities including managing vehicle inventory, moving vehicles on and off the premises and completing various tasks. Customer Care Assistants are also tasked with delivering vehicles to our lessees and must be able to present a professional and pleasant experience as while taking on the role as our customer facing representative. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are required. This is a fast-paced position that requires the incumbent to be on his/her feet most of the day. A good driving record is required.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years Automotive Industry Banking experience.

Mathematical Ability: The level of ability required to perform math skills and operations.
Basic
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratio and percent.
Language Ability: The level of ability required to communicate and understand written and oral language.
Typical
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, members, and various organization groups.

Major Duties And Essential Functions
- Assist the Inventory Supervisor with reconditioning vehicles for release or sale.
- Assist Lease Consultants with deliveries of leased vehicles to the lessee.
- Maintain vehicle license and inspection stickers on inventory.
- Complete vehicle check-in sheet verifying required reconditioning per inspection report on lease returns.
- Drop off and pick up required documents to/from the tax office as needed.
- Move Vehicles on and off premises as needed.
- Pick up lease documents from dealers as needed.
- Facilitate the transport of vehicles to or from the FairLease facility.
- Continuously inspect inventory to insure all vehicles are in good running condition and ready to deliver when requested.
- Maintains the FairLease inventory area so that the property is clean and neat.
- Meets or exceeds established service goals.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required For This Position:
- MUST have experience with Microsoft Office/Windows Software, knowledge of Auto Leasing Industry plus excellent phone, communication and writing skills. Must be able to operate Computer/Printer, adding machine, and copy machine.
- Personality is extremely important in this position. To fit in with the team, it's important to have a positive attitude, excellent work ethic and commitment to elite service.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task are paramount for success
- Ability to work individually but also excel in a team environment
- Strong verbal communication and computer skills mandatory
