E-Commerce Analytics Manager (Remote)

The Manager, E-Commerce Analytics is responsible for delivery of insights to grow the business. This person will partner closely with peers in Marketing and the entire questhealth.com team to advance data-driven decision-making to accelerate the growth of Quest’s consumer e-commerce business.

This is a remote opportunity.

This position is responsible for providing expert insight into Quest Diagnostic’s e-commerce business, measuring and analyzing campaign and product performance, and providing a diverse set of stakeholders with regular reporting on business and marketing trends. This position will report to the Director of E-Commerce Analytics and will work daily with Marketing and other cross-functional teams.

  • Provide overall website traffic, funnel, and sales analysis and reporting as well as ad-hoc reporting as needed using Google Analytics 4 and our e-commerce platform.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance for channels including paid search, paid social, organic, email, and affiliate.
  • Create, monitor, and update e-commerce dashboards and reports.
  • Implement tag management using TealiumiQ and directly and partner with agencies / vendors.
  • Ensure appropriate data about business is being sent to Tealium Customer Data Platform (CDP) from website.
  • By analyzing digital analytics data and e-commerce purchase data, identify actionable opportunities for A/B and multivariate tests to improve customer experience, customer retention, conversion rate, and revenue per visitor (RPV).
  • Provide in-depth reporting on category opportunities for merchandising, using both internal data and external market research tools.
  • Communicate trends, insight, forecasts, and plans with recommendations to management team.
  • Provide ongoing analysis of customer demographics and buying behavior.

Required Work Experience

  • 5 years previous e-commerce analytics experience using Google Analytics or equivalent (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • 3 - 5 years previous e-commerce experience using TealiumiQ or equivalent tag management tool (Adobe Launch, Adobe DTM, or Google Tag Manager)
  • Data Visualization skills (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Looker Studio)
  • Track record of providing insights that help improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Revenue, Conversion Rate, Revenue per Visitor
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Well-developed quantitative skills and analytical thinking
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and a changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to meet concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced environment



Preferred Work Experience

  • Expert knowledge / certification in Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel
  • Expert knowledge / certification in Tableau / PowerBI / Looker / Looker Studio
  • Expert knowledge / certification in Tealium / Google Tag Manager / Adobe Launch
  • Ability to write SQL and use database query tools (Snowflake, Google BigQuery, dBeaver, Redshift)
  • Experience with statistical Analysis software / programming languages like SAS, R, or Python
  • Comfortable with JavaScript, CSS, jQuery
  • Familiarity with A/B and Multivariate Testing tools (Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO, Monetate)
  • Previous experience with another consumer healthcare company

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics or Marketing,. MBA or advanced degree in statistics preferred.
