St. Ignatius Early Childhood Center is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Lead Teacher (EC2) to join our team for the 2024-2025 academic year. The Lead Teacher will work with young learners, supporting the implementation of educational programs, managing classroom activities, and providing personalized assistance to students, contributing significantly to a positive learning atmosphere.
Qualifications**
Current CPR and First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
Completion of DCF 45 training clock hours.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional early childhood education or teaching-related education/certification.
Previous experience in an educational or school environment.
Passion for working with children to help them achieve their full potential.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Schedule** Monday - Friday 8:30am-1:00pm
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a Level II Background Screening and Safe Environment Training.
