EDI ERP Analyst

The EDI ERP Analyst is responsible for the daily operation and stability of the North America region's ERP and EDI systems. The EDI ERP analyst will work with users, customers, and suppliers to identify and resolve EDI and ERP-related information technology concerns.

Responsibilities

• Technical expert for EDI and ERP-related products.
• Monitor and resolve EDI processing and communication concerns due to system configuration or technical concerns.
• Design, layout, and support EDI and ERP processes that generate labeling and shipping documentation.
• Monitor, upgrade, and support the region's ERP applications and associated hardware and software.
• Apply updates, fixes, and other technical activities as needed to assure proper operation.

Experience:

• 5 plus years of experience in EDI and ERP (Automotive experience preferred)
• Working knowledge of EDI X12 transactions and communications (Automotive EDI, FTP communications and EDIFACT helpful)
• Experience with EDI analysis and support
• Working knowledge of corporate ERP systems management
• Knowledge of barcode printers and scanners helpful
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Plus Skills: RPG, AS/400, Infor, SQL, TL Ashford
• Advanced working relationship skills to effectively guide and support team colleagues.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
