Summary: ERMC is looking for an experienced electro-mechanical technician to join our team. We specialize in repair and restoration of passenger boarding bridges; Ground Power Units; Precondition Air Units and Conveyor systems. A qualified individual will be self-motivated, problem-solving, and have exceptional customer relations skills. We will require experience in mechanical, and electrical repairs, but are willing to provide training to meet our specific requirements. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the responsibilities below.
Responsibilities & Skills
Relate with clients in a professional manner
Preventative maintenance routine
Monthly equipment inspections
Troubleshooting
Project planning
Parts sourcing and ordering
Hydraulic repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Electrical repairs, including controls and electrical panels
Interpret electrical schematics
Create electrical schematic from existing system
Mechanical parts repairs and reverse engineering
Replacement part installation
Advise clients on best operating practices
Completing written service reports
Complete work orders and Preventative Maintenance Inspections
Qualifications
Clear driving record
Ability to pass FBI Background to attain a badge at the airport
Self-motivated
