Job Description

ELECTRONICS SOFTWARE ENGINEER + HARDWARE

Small manufacturing company in Plymouth Michigan designs and builds automotive test equipment looking for motivated electronics hardware / software engineer.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Write / modify Assembly Code for Freescale 9S12xx processors,
  • Write / modify Windows Visual Basic programs,
  • Autocad + Tango schematic drawing / electronics schematic drawing knowledge,
  • PCB layout, Tango preferably.
  • Design analog / digital / microprocessor circuits,
  • Serial Communications RS-232 / 485 / CAN / etc.
  • RF data transmitters / receivers, Bluetooth
  • System integration,
  • electro-mechanical product integration,
  • Circuit build / test / debug capabilities, repairs, use of meter / oscilloscope
  • Interface with customers and manage employees,
  • Travel (only occasionally).
  • Know and understand ISO quality system.
