Corporate Sales Manager, Project Lead for Women

SaaS company licensing a mentoring software product to corporations and organizations intent on attractingretaining, and developing their talent.  We are a small, but growing firm offering an innovative product and looking for a dynamic sales leader to grow our team.

POSITION SUMMARY: Corporate Sales Manager, Project Lead for Women is a full-time exempt position responsible for corporate sales for the Project Lead for Women Mentoring program. Working directly with our Market Leaders and channel partners, the Corporate Sales Leader will source new corporate clients to implement the Mentoring program.

The company is recruiting for the expansion of our Corporate Sales team as we look at 2022 sales goals.  You will be the first point of contact from our team – reaching out to corporate leaders and understanding how our solutions can help them attract, retain and develop their talent. A successful Corporate Sales Manager loves meeting new people and learning about them. You are ambitious, persistent, and curious. You are goal-oriented and able to learn from failures. Here’s what you will do:

  • Present an overview of the platform via phone and web conference to high-profile companies and prospective partners.
  • Travel and present to prospective clients in person, when appropriate.
  • Master our products, technology, and sales system.
  • Manage the volume and velocity of your pipeline to achieve or exceed quota.
  • Keep meticulous notes on Monday.com.
  • Leverage reports and analytical tools to manage sales pipeline, lead volume, and sales forecasts. Prepare and analyze sales reports, as needed.
  • Meet — or crush — monthly goals.
  • Engage with channel partners and Market Leaders with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and follow-up.
  • Prospect, nurture, and close net new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and execute an internal sales plan with leadership.
  • Complete key initiatives and ad-hoc projects to support continued team growth and contribute to overall team effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain cross-team communication and relationships, remotely.
  • Although this is currently a remote/work from home position, we may be returning to an office environment when the time is right.

Requirements

A successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience selling in a B2B environment to C-Level buyers
  • An understanding of corporate HR processes and employee development technology
    space; including stakeholders, decision-makers, and sales cycle.
  • Excellent relationship and leadership skills, with an ability to coach, motivate and
    develop others.
  • Proven experience and skills for managing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • A strong track record of overachieving in a high volume, fast-growth business.
  • Experience leading a consultative, challenger sales process that adheres to the buyer
    journey.
  • Unwavering dedication to morals and ethics.
  • Ability to forecast and manage opportunities.
  • The ability to master a closing role.
  • The ability to hold a conversation at a party can explain how a smartphone works to
    grandparents and know the difference between “your” and “you’re” – that is, excellent
    verbal and written communication skills.
