2-5 years’ proven experience in a Quality Engineer role in a production environment.
Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9000 QM System and/or related quality systems and programs.
Ability to support manufacturing schedules (first or second shift) and overtime on as needed basis.
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion.
Desired
American Society of Quality, Certified Quality Engineer certification
Experience In Aerospace, Space Launch, Military/commercial Aviation Highly Preferred.
Experience with IPC J-STD-001 (Space Addendum)
Experience with IPC 620 standard (IPC-WHMA-A-620)
Experience in GD&T fundamentals
Experience with quality tools such as Lean principles, Six Sigma, root cause analysis and corrective action
Experience with advanced product quality planning (APQP), process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA), control plans, and various problem solving approaches
Six Sigma Green, Black Belt, or comparable certification
