Aloha! Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking an Engineering Project Manager
JOIN OUR 'OHANA
The Engineering Project Manager supports the Director of Engineering and assists in all aspects of planning activity related to resort building and grounds maintenance, including fire, life & safety, electrical, plumbing, gas, HVAC, refrigeration, interior and exterior structural items, painting and decorating. Assists in making sure all physical assets have a fully functional inventory and preventative maintenance program in place with appropriate reporting, repair, and replacement program tied with a structured procurement program. Responds to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. Works closely with all contractors and construction firms for property led projects, including planning, execution and follow up. Work across all departments to ensure achievement of the resort’s Safety and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals Co-lead Green Team meetings, including overseeing agenda items, and ensuring active engagement from all participants.
Qualifications:
Work with managers to properly complete Capital Expense Approval form for the purchase of capital goods. Once ownership approved, Purchase orders and final invoices are completed in a timely manner.
Maintain status updates of all projects currently in progress.
Coordination with interior designers, planners, architects, consultants, engineers, 3rd party reviewers for specialized applications and permitting
Work with contractors to ensure contracts are maintained up to date and services are in accordance with Engineering Procedures and Policy
Skilled and passionate about driving a high-tech and expansive physical product forward.
Extensive industry knowledge on building maintenance and energy management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to conduct and lead trainings on various skill levels to develop future engineers.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
