Responsibilities:

• Identify and meet with potential engineering hiring partners.
• Conduct market research to understand hiring demands and trends.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
• Lead and train a team of engineering recruiters.
• Implement effective sales strategies and optimize delivery systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (not required).
• 2+ years of staffing sales experience, ideally in engineering or technical sales.
• Strong consultative sales skills with a strategic approach.
• Ability to cultivate long-term relationships with stakeholders.
