This is a hands-on, technical support role. You will be responsible for:
Support the shift engineer with electrical and PLC fault-finding
Carry out root cause analysis and implement continuous improvements to reduce the number of repeat issues.
Maintain the asset management system
Liaise with external contractors
Lead and support engineering projects
You will be time-served/apprentice trained and hold a relevant engineering qualification. You will have recent food/automotive/packaging/FMCG experience. You will be an excellent communicator and passionate about improving processes.
