What You Will Do
Serve as the first point of contact and application owner for the company’s ERP, transactional, business intelligence, and integration platforms.
Ticket, troubleshoot, resolve, and mitigate issues that arise involving integrations between the systems
Gather requirements, create specifications, ticket, project manage, implement, document, and train employees regarding changes to the company’s ERP
Evaluate existing business processes and investigate and implement ways for them to be supported or improved using the company’s ERP
Plan and deploy assets and applications to support new and existing transactional initiatives
Maintain any custom code developed in the company’s code repository
Improve the company's IT posture where needed by further maturing current processes and systems
Document systems and procedures, and create user training manuals and videos
Qualifications And Skills
4+ years supporting enterprise systems and business applications
Strong understanding of Oracle NetSuite, Shopify, Celigo, SQL and PowerBI
Strong understanding of Jira Service, Confluence, and similar ticketing and knowledge management systems
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365
Strong understanding of cloud computing environments, especially Microsoft Azure
Strong understanding of IT best practices
Strong desire for continuous improvement
Proficiency in English
Excellent communication skills
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
Willingness to learn
