In your role as Enterprise Sales Director, you'll strategically nurture a group of existing name accounts while vigorously pursuing new logos. Your expertise will be pivotal in understanding and meeting the diverse needs of our clients, collaborating closely with our executives, our SDR, marketing, customer success, and operations teams.  

 

What You'll Do: 


  • Land New Logos: Identify, negotiate, and close significant deals within your named target account list, focusing on the VP of Marketing and Demand Generation. 
  • Build Client Solutions: Collaboratively work with clients to develop demand-generation solutions that catalyze their growth. 
  • Modern Selling: Employ contemporary sales tactics, strategies, and technology to discover new opportunities and navigate complex organizational buying processes. 
  • Understand and Deliver to Client Needs: Actively listen to and understand client needs, aiming to exceed expectations and build influential relationships with stakeholders. 
  • Network and Generate Leads: Proactively seek new sales leads and opportunities through effective networking and leveraging business referrals. 
  • Stay Curiously Informed: Continuously enhance your knowledge of the industry, market, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in sales. 
  • Seek and Utilize Feedback: Consistently solicit and apply feedback from leaders, peers, and clients for ongoing personal and professional development.

  • Experienced B2B Marketing and Sales Professional: Your 4-6 years in the B2B Marketing and Sales industry, or an equivalent period in a quota-carrying role, demonstrate your profound industry acumen.
