Fancy the opportunity to join a high growth Insurtech company and help them scale enterprise sales?
Your ability to influence and build credibility, coupled with a natural sales acumen, will be instrumental in driving conversions. Your primary goal will be to drive new enterprise-level business acquisition and grow revenues with Brokers, MGAs, and MGUs in the US and globally. As a pivotal member of the team, you'll wield your influential prowess and innate sales intuition to drive monumental conversions. Your mission? Spearheading the acquisition of enterprise-level clientele and skyrocketing revenues alongside our esteemed partners: Brokers, MGAs, and MGUs across the US and beyond.
You must have a high degree of knowledge and experience in the Insurtech ecosystem, including Insurtech products and system integrators. Having strong relationship building skills with C-Level players will be crucial to your success in this role, as you’ll be targeting executives at the top 100 agencies, brokers, MGA’s, and MGU’s in the US. This is a small, remote first company, so you’ll need to be comfortable with an autonomous role. There’ll be plenty of support from the wider team, but with your experience you’ll need to hit the ground running and take control.
This product is popular with large firms who rollout their products globally, which is a credit to the quality of the platform, but also shows the potential of the product as the business scales to cater for the global market. The tech is cool (open API architecture), the company culture is strong, and the future looks bright.
As an extra, having any experience working for a startup company would be a huge plus given the fact that their sales team consists of 4-5 other individuals.
Depending on your experience, you’ll expect a starting salary up to $200,000 plus commission that could take your total compensation to $400,000, plus a range of benefits.
