Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Freehold, NJ. The Customer Service Assistant will support the customer service team in providing exceptional service to our clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Salary range: $38,000 to $48,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding BrandySphere’s services, pricing, and promotions.
Help resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines during customer interactions.
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
Support the customer service team in achieving performance metrics and targets.
Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
