Universal Energy Solutions is seeking an Entry Level Energy Broker to join our team. As an Entry Level Energy Broker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and helping to expand our customer base in the energy industry.

As an Entry Level Energy Broker, you will work closely with our experienced brokers to identify potential leads, assist in negotiations, and contribute to the overall success of our sales efforts.
Responsibilities
Assist in lead generation efforts through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals
Cultivate relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their energy needs and identify opportunities
Support the negotiation of terms and conditions of contracts to maximize value for both the clients and Universal Energy Solutions
Assist in the preparation of persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sales activities and customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams, including brokers and project managers, to ensure seamless implementation of energy solutions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn and understand complex energy concepts and solutions
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the energy industry
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
