This entry-level position within our marketing and advertising department offers comprehensive training in fundamental marketing strategies, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. Successful completion of the program positions individuals as team leads in our marketing department, reporting directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the daily growth and development of assigned campaigns
Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives
Manage external customer needs proficiently
Cultivate robust leadership and interpersonal skills
Drive retail sales through promotional campaigns
Establish brand recognition via local events and experiential marketing
Engage and communicate effectively with customers
Exercise problem-solving skills and professional judgment
Requirements:
Full-time availability, including occasional weekend work for special events
Capacity to excel independently and in team-oriented projects
Willingness to travel for additional training 1 or 2 weeks annually
Excellent communication skills
Adaptability to a vibrant, fast-paced work environment
Bachelor's degree (2 or 4-year) in a related field
Self-starter, creative thinker, and adept problem solver
