EPC and O&M Recruiter

Our Opportunity:

As an EPC and O&M Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our engineering, procurement, and construction projects, as well as operations and maintenance functions. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from requisition creation to candidate placement. Here are the key responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job requisitions.
• candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• interviews, assess qualifications, and recommend suitable candidates.

Pipeline Management:

• the job requisition pipeline, ensuring timely progress and alignment with annual hiring plans.
• a minimum of 20 requisitions at a time.
• offer letters and coordinate interview schedules for candidates at different levels.

Collaboration:

• with hiring teams, providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
• strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Experience:

• a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• effectively with candidates, addressing their questions and concerns.

Data Management:

• accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• recruitment tools to manage candidate profiles and requisitions.

Qualifications:

• degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.
• experience as a recruiter, preferably in the EPC, or Construction industry.
• with engineering, construction, and project management terminology.
• communication and interpersonal skills.
